State-owned enterprises have played a pivotal role in the development of China's national economy.Nowadays,in the severe economic environment,how to develop state-owned enterprises has become a difficult problem in China's economic system reform.As a profitable pillar in China's economy,the primary task of state-owned enterprise reform is to impro-ve the overall performance of enterprises,and the key to improving the overall performance of state-owned enterprises is to establish a people-oriented team and strive to improve the performance of individual employees The As the backbone of the state-owned enterprises,the middle managers of state-owned enterprises are the important bridges of the organization's lower and lower communication.Their working objects are mainly people,which is an important factor to improve the performance of er(?)oloyees.In today's era of reform of a state-owned enterprise,the identification,expression and control of emotions are essential for middle managers.And the traditional concept of personnel management has been neglected emotional intelligence in the middle managers to manage coordination and other work play a role.In fact,for middle managers who act as coordinators of the organization,controlling themselves and others' emotions plays a pivotal role in improving employee satisfaction and employee performance.Since the concept of emotional intelligence was first proposed by Goleman(1995),the study of emotional intelligence has aroused the concern of the majority of scholars.According to Goleman,emotional intelligence often determines whether a person's performance is prominent or dull,and that the role of expertise and cognitive ability may be smaller,and that emotional intelligence can be seen for job performance The impact of pivotal.Domestic and foreign scholars have also confirmed through empirical research because leaders in the management of subordinates in the process can not do without the processing and processing of emotional information,which has a high emotional intelligence leaders are more likely to make subordinates have a higher job performance.In the study of the relationship between the emotional intelligence of the manager and the performance of the staff,the researcher mainly explores the direct mechanism of the influence of the emotional intelligence of the manager,and the research on the mediator variable is less.This study takes the middle managers in the state-owned enterprises and their immediate subordinate staffas the research object,based on the research of emotional intelligence related theory,organizational identity and social exchange theory and the research of related fields at home and abroad.Through the cross-level research and design,we explored the role of employee satisfaction in this process.This paper takes the methods of questionnaire and empirical research and draws the following conclusions:The emotional intelligence of middle managers has a positive effect on the performance of direct employees.The emotional intelligence of middle managers has positive predictive effect on employee job satisfaction;Employee job satisfaction in the middle manager emotional intelligence on the performance of staff performance has a part of the intermediary role.This study consists of six parts.The second part is the summary of the literature,mainly summarizes and summarizes the research status of emotional intelligence,employee job satisfaction and employee performance related fields at home and abroad,and summarizes the research situation of the research work,And the third part is to study the assumptions and construct the conceptual model.The fourth part is the questionnaire design and the scale test,the design of the state-owned enterprises under the reform of middle managers emotional intelligence and subordinate job satisfaction and Performance measurement scale,the characteristics of the questionnaire process and the sample,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;the fifth part of the statistical analysis and hypothesis test part of the variables for statistical analysis and correlation analysis,through the level The relationship between the emotional intelligence of the middle manager and the performance of the staff is analyzed,and the job satisfaction of the employees is explored.The last chapter is the conclusion of the whole article.Analysis,combined with the empirical results proposed to enhance the middle managers emotional intelligence related reference and constructive recommendations,at the same time that the lack of research in this area,and to improve the direction of future research to think.
