Consumption, as a pay-service contract, is lack of studying because of its hidden nature and difficult to quantify.The research of oversea point on the consumption is divided into two views:concept of efficiency and concept of agency.There are many foreign literature confirmed the concept of agent, such as Berle and Means (1932), Jensen and Meckling (1976), Hart (2001), Yermack (2005), Cai, Fang and Xu (2005) and so on.Many scholars in China have expounded on-the-job consumption about the agent concept, but the concept of consumption efficiency literature can only be reflected in foreign literature, in our existing empirical literature can not be reflected.Why the-job consumption of "efficiency view" has not been reflected in our country?The existing literature is not overlooked a very important prerequisite for what conditions?This paper is carried out under such a question.The existing research studied from the company about the system of considerations, but the managers as a homogenous variable, not considered entitled to the working characteristics of the individual managers of consumption, it is not complete. Consumption as a kind of corporate conduct in-service, there will inevitably be affected by people, but the manager due to gender, age, religion, education, work experience and other factors, will lead to their views on spending a great different.The heterogeneity of the theoretical studies of managers focus on the "upper echelons theory."Hambrick and Mason (1984) proposed the "upper echelons theory",that the organization's strategic choices and corporate behavior depends largely on the background and characteristics of management of corporate.For the enterprise's senior management, because their education, age, gender, term of office is to demonstrate the heterogeneity of the manager, enterprise managers have the different ability, but the existence of this difference mustthe behavior of enterprises will have different effects.A large number of empirical studies have shown that the characteristics of corporate senior managers affect the behaviour of corporation.(Camelo-Ordaz, Hernandez-Lara and Valle-Cabrera,2005; Bantel and Jackson,1989, Lee and Park,2006, Carlsson and Karlsson,1970 etc.), In 2003, Dwyer, Richard, and Chadwick found that a management culture, gender and the company has some relevance;the company executive team's work background and the company's internationalization strategy correlation (Lee and Park,2006); executive team's age, tenure and education with the company's innovation activities have a certain relationship to the corporation. (Camelo-Ordaz, Hernandez-Lara and Valle-Cabrera,2005; Bantel and Jackson,1989) and so on.This study is mainly to consider the heterogeneity of the manager-the-job consumption, the impact of the enterprise, select the features including gender, age, tenure, academic, whether receiving remuneration in the company, and whether part-time positions in other units.First, for the management of the impact of consumer characteristics and job to do regression analysis, then chairman of a separate list for consideration.According to the research,I found that China's management of agent, age, education and whether or not to receive remuneration for working in the company have a significant impact on consumption, while the management of other features, such as the size, tenure time, and whether the other units act on-the-job consumption and no significant impact.To further differentiate the performance of enterprises found in nature are somewhat different, the ultimate control of the company in state-owned companies, the management features in right-the-job consumption, significantly affect the company as to whether access to pay, and in the ultimate control of the non-state-owned companies, the factors that affect the service consumergender, education, and whether the company to obtain compensation.As for the chairman of features, the age and service time, and whether the enterprise to obtain pay-the-job consumption, has a significant influence; and chairman of the other personal characteristics, such as gender, education, and whether part-time positions in other units such as characteristics of in-service consumerthe impact is not significant; to further differentiate the nature of business and found that the conclusions drawn from slightly different nature.Ultimate control of state, chairman of the company's qualifications and whether the pay for working for the impact of consumption is significant, and in ultimate control of non-state-owned companies, the chairman of age, working time is the company's remuneration, and whether part-time for working in other companiesconsumption has a significant influence.In this paper, characteristics of the manager start to explore the characteristics of what kind of managers of enterprises will have an impact on service levels of consumption, and further discussion on the ultimate control of state-owned and non-state cases,management characteristics of-the-job consumption, influence, thus for oura better understanding of consumer behavior management's job to provide a reference to the governance situation of the company's in-service consumer have certain guide.This study is the first time to research on the characteristics of managers and in-service consumer link, managers are heterogeneous, not homogeneous, the manager of the characteristics of service have an impact on consumption, which complement the existing gaps in the documentary.The second point is to expand the research-service consumer perspective, so that we not only study the system level of service consumption, but also study and formulate the system serving. consumers who enjoy the different characteristics of the starting impact.The third point is based on the different nature of our enterprises to distinguish between different ownership, the management features and service consumption, the impact of better governance in our country to provide reference service consumption.
