The main restriction of Chinese economic development lies in rural areas, while the main constraint of rural economic development lies in the land, how to make a more rational and efficient use of limited agricultural land resources is the key to solve the issues that too many share little land and the low production efficiency in the rural areas.Facing the present difficulties, the approach to improve the efficiency of agricultural land is pluralistic and the most effective way is to start from the technical innovation and institutional reform. Therefore, in the view of land system the article explore the way to achieve land-use efficiency improvement by transfer of agricultural land.Full-text is divided into five parts. First part of the flow problem related to agricultural land at home and abroad related to theory and research status of the system discussed.The second part reviews the history of agricultural land system reform in China. Focused on analyzing China's existing household contract system from the origin, development and practical difficulties. And thus leads to examine the current agricultural land transfer issue and realization of agricultural land in the reality of the need for resource optimization, and from the status quo and problems in its two aspects are analyzed.The core of this article is the three and four part.Part III seeks to build from an economic point of view the transfer of agricultural land out of an intrinsic dynamic mechanism picture.Go to fourth part of the agricultural land transfer efficiency of analysis.Part V Analysis of the full text of extract according to conclude that suits China's national conditions "enterprise+peasant household" of new agricultural land in production and operation methods.
