Research On The Development Of Urban Communities Tourism

"Community" was originally an important part of sociological research ,but now it has been widely used in other subject areas. Community tourism what has caused a great impact on the practice of tourism development and community building for many Third World countries merges the development of community and the tourism , it broads the previously ideas restricted to scenic areas,resorts to the construction of community as a new tourism concept and a new model.Urban communities tourism that relies on community's resources combines community construction with the development of tourism in city; it is an important way for sustainable development that enhances the competitiveness of urban tourism and perfects the development of urban community. Currently, research on community tourism has focused on rural and minority communities, research on urban communities tourism are relatively weak in the theory, moreover, the practice has just started. Therefore, the depth research on it has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on urban management and sustainable development perspective, regard urban communities tourism as the research object, taking china's lane as an example, the dissertation discusses ways of sustainable integration between urban communities and urban tourism. The paper includes five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction. At first, analyzed the reasons why author choose the object and the significance of the research, defined the concept such as community, community tourism, urban community tourism, etc.. Then based on liquidating the researches both on community tourism in China and abroad's. Finally outlined the main theoretical issues, presented the basic ideal, methods and main framework of the paper.The second chapter is the analysis of development of urban community tourism. Discussed the feasibility of tourism development in urban community that is the experience place of cultural authenticity in a city, analyzed the tourism resources in urban communities, explored the types of urban community tourism and the positioning of it.In third chapter, analyzed the development of community tourism in chengdu city. Analyzed the pattern of urban space , the advantages of tourism development, the status of tourism development in Historic District according to the establishment history of chengdu as the first historical and cultural cities of China. Then proposed the integrated development strategies of community and tourism in city.The 4th chapter is the study about the development of community tourism of china's lane in chengdu. Stated the origin,present situation,tourism resources can be developed of the community, analyzed the tourism development situation and problems in core protected areas of it. And then applied the community tourism integration theory for the empirical study of the community from landscape design and community participation.The 5th chapter that is the final chapter, summarized the paper's main conclusions, and put forward the issues need further study.
