Research On The Motive Mechanism Of Minority Communities In Tourism Development

The vigorous development of tourism has brought far-reaching implications to the tourist destinations, especially to the ethnic minority areas of socio-cultural, ecological environment. Factors as remoteness of the locations, lack of communications, relatively backward economy and low-level social development have led to the low degree of participation by the communities of ethnic minorities as well as their lack of engagement in the running and management of the modern industries. Besides, the phenomenon of"duality"tourism benefit has also emerged.
