game decision making meanings people need to make a decision depend on others'choice whose benefits are interact/ as a common sort of decision making, game-decision making infer from individual's development and the society's policy, economic, education and so on. Game decision-making has to be advantage study of psychology in recent years. In order to thorough explore the psychological mechanisms, this study base on cross-culture research visual angle, compare and analysis the characteristic of decision-making in Uyghur and Han subjects. I hope this study can enrich indigenous study about decision-making.and provide experimental result to decision-making relative study. I use arranged prisoner's dilemma and ultimate task with 120 Uyghur and Han participants, explore the characteristic and strategy choice of game decision-making in qualitative and measurable way. The results showed that: (1) Uyghur subjects shown framing effect in prison's dilemma game while Han were not. (2) The Uyghur subjects chose more non-Nash equilibrium choices than Han subjects in prison's dilemma game. We found it from strategy analysis that Uyghur subjects prefer to use random perceptions and reciprocal strategy, while Han subjects prefer to use rational strategy (3) within the same nationality, we found Uyghur subjects would use different strategy in two framing game. While Han subjects would not. Based on the results, we explain it from culture and cognitive view. To provide an empirical basis for training minority young people's cognitive ability.(4)Uyghur subjects and Han subjects were not differ in score in the ultimatum as respondent and proponent, but there were significant differences in strategy selection, the Han subjects were more selected equity strategy, and Uyghur subjects have been more selected reciprocity strategy.(5) we do a regression analysis with The dimensions'score of personality and ultimatum's score showed that high Agreeableness dimension scores can effectively predict Uygur subjects were share more offers to others, while high A5 modesty'scored can effectively predict the Han subjects were given a larger share of the offers to others, shows the character of personality have important impact on ultimatum decision-making...
