The Study Of Chinese Smes' Financial System In The Context Of Globalization

Globalization has become an irreversible historical development of human society trend. From the macro, it linked the world economy closely, from the micro, it profoundly impact every country's enterprises. Enterprises around the world for more than 90% are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), China also do so. It is an inevitable result to develop SMEs because of the changes and coordinated development of Chinese economic structure. Since reform and opening, SMEs developed rapidly. Her development has been blended together with the economic growth and social progress. But in recent years, due to the impact of globalization, shortage of funds, financing bottlenecks and constraints affect the further development and growth of SMEs directly, and hinder Chinese economic growth. Therefore, in the context of globalization, financial system of the SMEs is the core issue to develop SMEs. For helping the development of SMEs in China, our government has issued many policies recently to alleviate financial problem of SMEs, it has great significance to broaden the financial channels. SMEs'financial channels in developed countries and regions have also accumulated a wealth of experience, we should learn from them. But the financial crisis to the SMEs gives us a new problem, which is prompting us to explore new financial approaches.In this thesis, the financing system of SMEs in China has been studied from the following aspects. First, the scope of the SMEs were defined while the characteristics and the important role of SMEs were described; second, in the context of globalization and the impact of financial crisis, the situation of SMEs in China are analyzed, and the root causes of the SMEs financing constraints were proposed; third, pointed out that there are also a wealth of experience on SMEs'financing channels in developed countries and regions; fourth, we proposed the strategies and suggestions to solve the financial problem of SMEs, it was discussed in two parts. On the one hand, we analyzed the structural breakdown of SMEs and put forward different strategies and workable solutions to different types of small and medium enterprises; on the other hand, we brought out the way to solve the financial problem of Chinese SMEs in the context of globalization from four aspects which is enterprises, financial institutions, governments and markets. By studying on these issues, it provided a theory reference for us to have clear understanding of the importance of SMEs in the context of globalization, to have specific measures and means for promoting the financing of SMEs, to identify the focus of how to develop small and medium enterprises and to make SMEs play an important role in Chinese economic development and social progress.
