Oil companies in china have gone out to seek business abroad, which is a very important part of China's sustainable energy strategy. Recent years, CNPC, Sinopec, China National Offshore Oil Corporation have made tremendous progress in this regard, and achieved good results . but as the chinese oil companies invest abroad at an increasingly pace, they will face various and great international political ,economic ,and legal risks. From the row between china and Russina for oil pipelines to the seback of China national offshore oil coporation's American buy out ,also the terrorist attack in Africa on our oil companies, these all indicate that our oil companies face a high rate of risk on the cross-border management drive. Thus .it is necessary to avoid various risks effectively so as to achieve the strategic targetand economic benefit through the analysis of various measures and times , making plans. By the analysis of the necessity of our oil companies'going out, this thesis makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the history and current situations, also the positive aspects and negative aspects of the going out. It also makes an analysis of the political economic and.legal risks facing them from the practice of going out move in recent years.
