There maybe some potential risks of notes buseness under low interest rates in China. In The economic crisis period,for banks the opportunities and business in the period of economic prosperity has gone .Joint-stock banks promoting the bank notes business ,which is quite different from the traditional business ,so appear new risks .So it is very important to pay attention to the new riks of bank notes business . In this paper,I analysis the bank notes risk under the economic crisis and analyze the note case . concern for the new economic situation of the new bank notes risk based on the tradition risks .
