The telecom operators are more and more globalizing, and at the same time, the competition in telecommunication equipment market is more and more intense.The Chinese telecommunication equipment manufacturers are burgeoning and have gained the respect from the global competitors.ZTE(Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment),as a listed company, focusing on providing the clients worldwide with satisfying and customized products and services, is facing the difficulties of the globalizing competition. This paper takes CDMA productline of ZTE as a sample to make in-depth study and research on the service-embedded manufacturing. This paper studies and analyzes the competitive environment of CDMA product, and applies SWOT method to make deep analysis on the operation of wireless telecommunication equipment.
