The Research Of Budget Management Information System Based On SOA In Mobile Company

In recent years, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) has been developed more rapidly. For its loosely coupled, coarse-grained, and technology platform-independent software architecture and other features, it becomes the next stage of software architecture development.Mobile communication companies are relatively high degree of enterprise informationization in the modern enterprise. In the eTOM framework, mobile communication companies,together with their partners are having their outstanding contributions to enterprise informationization. In many business areas of Mobile companies, information systems are becoming increasingly forming.Whether the strategic level of supporting and decision supporting, or human, financial, and material management, or supporting the integrated management of the enterprise, mobile telecommunication companies have completed the corresponding information systems.However, these complex systems interact with each other more and more complexly, once the business processes change, the transformation of the interface between the systems will face challenges.Under these circumstances,this article introduces the concept of SOA and analyses the business process of the mobile communication enterprise total budget management information system using the well-known Service Identification Methodology and proposed a overall budget management information system architecture which is more suitable for the current and future business development.Practice has proved that, SOA has been developed to the ideal way to build enterprise information systems, particularly for those enterprises which IT environment has become complex.In accordance with the concept of SOA to construct enterprise information systems, island of information can be avoided and, with the accumulation of IT assets, building new Information System will become agile. The most important is that enterprises have the agility to build the capacity of information systems and will be more flexible to adapt the rapidly changing market. In this paper, using the well-known Service Identification Methodology to analysis the business process of the mobile communication enterprise total budget management information system is completely useful.
