A Study Of Service Automatic Fulfillment System Quality Management

The IT system already goes deep into each corners today. The Communication carrier use a lot of IT system to achieve automation of business applications and transactions, promote productivity, keep down the cost of labour. More and more project need to improve the quality further, with the construction of IT system, the change of demand, improving of function, quality requirement and promotion of standard.In this paper, the author take the study of project quality improvement, based on the quality improvement theory in project quality management field, with the case of Beijing Unicom Service Automatic Fulfillment System quality improvement. Begin by the theory of project quality improvement, follow the process of quality improvement, build the team of quality control, start the work of quality improvement by the 4 steps as follows Plan-Do-Check-Action. The paper gives the positive impacts of the quality control team to the work of quality improvement, the guiding of scientific quality improvement method in the quality improvement process, and has a discussion between investigation and examination in the quality improvement process.
