Studies On The Construction Of Rural Technology Information Service System Of Hunan Province

Information become the main features of today's society. The development of modern information technology, especially Internet technology, is changing people for thousands of years to form the information transfer mode, interpersonal communication and social organization of management. Natural, rural science and technology approach to service is no exception. In recent years, with the overall progress of the development of modern agriculture, more formers to improve agricultural efficiency and market competitiveness and, ultimately, increase revenue and generate demand for technology services surged at an alarming rate. The conflicts between the deficiencies of traditional agricultural technology extension system and diversified technology service requirements for modern farmers are also increasingly prominent. Therefore, China's rural technology service continues to develop in the direction toward the information.In this study, following scientific development idea, reading relevant documents and materials, on the basis of field survey in rural areas, beginning with exploring the background and motivation of rural technology information service system construction, the author analyzes the information service of rural science and technology development status in Hunan Province, especially "Hunan Spark 12396" service system and "Party members and cadres in rural areas of modern distance education network", learning at home and abroad rural technology information service system construction experience, specially "Agricultural Technology 110" in Hainan Province, proposes principles of Hunan Province rural technology information service system construction, and countermeasures for building an effective and sustainable social mainstream model of rural science and technology information service of Hunan Province. This study has important practical value to establish Hunan brand of rural technology information service.
