| China is short in per-land resource and the land use efficiency is low. The county land utilization is the most essential level. Therefore, how to appraise the county territory land utilization benefits in an accurate, scientific and objective way and how to save and use land resource by the intensive and highly effective methods to realize the sustainable land use has become an important topic which at present urgently waiting to study. Therefore, it is vital significance to study on how to improve the intensive utilization of land in county. Lauding the appraise of land intensive utilization and constantly improving the land utilization efficiency can promote rational distribution and land utilization in county.The land use problem in county region is studied in this paper. The author discussed the connation of land intensive use in the small cities and towns, and analyzed the land intensive use characteristics and influencing factors at present stage. Based on theoretical analysis and taking the small towns of NanXian county as an example, the author had built an evaluation system of land intensive use in county region small towns. First, the author comprehensively analyzed the land use situation in small towns of NanXian County, used entropy method to appraises elected index, then get the intensive value of land utilization through the quantitative analysis of the index in NanXian city, and then the Land Intensive Use was analyzed and evaluated in pertinancy by the distinctiveness of land use in small towns. The main mode of accomplishing land intensive utilization was studied, and some suggestions were put forward, which were about accomplishing it through several ways and safeguard measures. |
