Study On Land Intensive Use Evaluation Of Jinghai County

In recent years,along with the economy of our country's Leap-forward development,lots of surplus people in the countryside have transferred into city.The impulse to increase city scale is expanding steadily.It is difficult to meet the vigorous need for scarce land resource.The contradiction of supply and demand highlights.The extensive-like development is hard to continue because of the low efficiency.For the urban sustainable and healthy development,to advance the land intensive use is indispensable.First,the dissertation contrasts the meaning of urban land intensive use,and analysis the strengths and weaknesses of diverse evaluation methods.Besides the detailed index optimization interpretation,driving elements in models and theoretical basis of the evaluation of urban land intensive use are discussed.Next,take Jinghai County as the example.Based on the multi-factor synthetic evaluation methods,the three sub-goals of building land,farming and forestry land and ecology land is put forward.The evaluation system of Jinghai County land intensive use includes three dimensions and fifteen detailed indexes.By the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the index weight and the experts consulting to get the scores,the level of Jinghai County's land intensive use is got.The result indicates that the land utilization of Jinghai County is in the period of accelerating growth and the urban land is in the general intensive use,which still has very large development space.Due to fortify investment in the second and third industry,the government can remarkably improve financial revenue and people's lives,accumulate political achievements.So the Government pays much more attention on the second and third industry,which makes the building land in a relatively good level.The first industry investment of the government is few and its output value is low.However the farming and forestry land has a relatively big weight and its intensive use level is low,which drags on the whole intensive level.In recent years,a four clean-ups green policy's implementation and redress in Tuanbo reservoir have enormous improved Jinghai County's ecological environment.But seen from the indexes,it has little impact on the intensive use level because of little output.In the next years,the building land,farming and forestry land and ecology land should be coordinated development.The overall efficiency should be paid more attention.Finally,according to the evaluation results,this dissertation gives concrete and practical recommendations on how to improve the level of three kinds of intensive land use in Jinghai County.
