Evaluation On The Innovation Capability Of PRD Urban Agriculture Enterprise Based On F-AHP Method

History and reality has told us: enterprises must go in the forefront of the industry to survive and develop. It will achieve its goals only to find its own deficiencies and innovate constantly.This paper has established the Pearl River Delta(PRD) region of urban agriculture enterprise innovation ability index system and researched how to evaluate the innovation ability. Its purpose is to give the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of innovation ability of PRD urban agriculture enterprise and analyze the innovation development situation and existing problems of urban agriculture enterprise systematicly. That is to provide reasonable planning for innovation development of the PRD urban agriculture enterprise.This paper can be divided into six parts .The first part of this text is the introduction of the research background, research status and the research idea, method and framework. The second part of this text summarizes the urban agriculture in the pearl river delta and the present situation of urban agriculture. In the early 1990s, our country begins to pay close attention to the urban agriculture, because urban agriculture is the advanced stage of agricultural development in China and an important part of modern agriculture,and it is also an important mark of national agricultural modernization. Urban agriculture development late in our country .It developed earlier In China's eastern coastal areas, especially in the Yangtze river delta ,pearl river delta and the bohai gulf district of Shanghai, shenzhen, Beijing, etc. The third part of this text respectively expounds the PRD city agriculture enterprise innovation ability using the innovative theories at home and abroad and innovation practice research from research and development ability, market marketing ability, innovation ability and management innovation ability as four aspects. And the innovation ability of factors were analyzed and studied in this part. The fourth part of this text is based on the connotation of enterprise innovation ability for guidance. According to the enterprise innovation capability evaluation index system principles, a comprehensive innovation ability index system is established from four aspects,the research and development ability, market marketing ability, innovation ability and management innovation ability. So in the fifth part of this text, we established fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and divided evaluation index into quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes. Indexes weights are determined by the fuzzy AHP method. With the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for urban agriculture enterprise innovation ability, innovation ability of the enterprise was evaluated by using the model of a large city agricultural enterprises in pearl river delta as an example.Finally, the author discussed and summarized the research method and the results in this paper. Through examples, this method is the result of basic and objective reality.
