Evaluation And Countermeasure Of Urban Agriculture Development In Zibo City

As an important engine to accelerate the development of modern agriculture,urban agriculture can blend the three industries,optimize the industrial structure of the agriculture and promote the process of the agricultural supply-side reform.Since 2009,according to the unified arrangement of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Government,which stands on the reality of the central city and the development strategy of “adjust the agricultural structure,optimize the rural environment,richen the peasants and sieve for the city needs”,Zibo has developed urban agriculture vigorously,expanded news features of agriculture constantly,speeded up the development of the overall level of the urban agriculture and strived to explore the urban agricultural way to both guarantee the agricultural supply-side reform and ensure income growth of the peasants.Based on the former researches and combined with the actual development of Zibo,this thesis elaborates the connotation of urban agriculture profoundly.On the basis of investigation,it examined the four development modes in Zibo,the industrial type,the ecological type,sightseeing type and creative culture type,and analyzed the current developmental situation.Based on the theoretical background and the exist survey,the thesis constructed an evaluation system from the aspect of development scale,economic benefit,technological development,social benefit,ecological benefit,as well as culture benefit.Three principal components are identified,which are named economic factors,social factors and ecological factors.Among them,the economic factor score is higher,the score of social factor and ecological factor are much lower.The score of comprehensive development and the division of urban agriculture development by Han Shiyuan,a scholar in China,were evaluated on the level of urban agriculture development in Zibo.Based on the field investigation,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of urban agriculture at this stage,shortage of funds,neglect of the ecological environment,lack of cultural background,lack of construction,etc.This thesis comes to the expanding the scale,building elements,paying attention to ecology,enhancing cultural awareness and other countermeasures,which has a great significance on the further development of the urban agriculture of Zibo and other areas.
