In the background of economic globalization, the scholars pay more and more attention to the influence of economic liberalization on regional wage gap. Both in traditional and modern trade theory, the influence of economic liberalization on regional wage gap is not directly, but through technology spillovers, labor force migration and product market competition.Based on this understanding, this paper uses the labor force migration theory to analyze the influence of economic liberalization on regional wage gap through labor force migration and this paper also makes an empirical verification.FDI and international trade are important features of economic liberalization. Based on summarizing some studies about the FDI,international trade and wages, this paper analyzes the influence of economic liberalization on regional wage gap through labor force migration by the curve of labor force migration and the model of Feenstra and Hanson.Based on the econometric method of paneldata model, this paper estimates the wage gap of the east, the mid,the west from 1997 to 2008.Among them, Regional characteristic variables partly explain the wage gap between regions;the influence of economic liberalization on regional wage gap is not distinct. The results show that the province factors through the move to the province, making the province's labor supply to increase, thus a significant impact on wages is negative. Other provinces factors by moving outside the province, making the province's labor demand, and thus the impact on wages is positive.Meanwhile, the FDI factors are mainly reflected in the various regions of the high-tech wages. The domestic import and export factors are mainly reflected in the various regions of low-skilled workers on wages. Finally, on the basis of the analysis, this paper puts forward several suggestions.
