Furthermore, base on the case of Guangdong Industrial and Commercial Bank of China syndicated loans risk of manage development, find out the common problems which current happened in state-owned commercial banks syndicated loan risk management, and gave the following development proposals:first, we should adhere the prudent credit assessment mechanism and carry out risk evaluation independently; second, absorb the successful experience of international syndicated loan and make use of the agreement to manage the credit risk; third, to prevent risk to the management risk and to enhance the liquidity of credit assets by a variety of channels; fourth, the industry association should play an active role in promoting the syndicated loan market to develop orderly and healthy.
