Study On The Development Of EtuokeQianqi Township Enterprise

ETuokeQianqi located in the old, poor and mountainy area with minorities, together with weak economic basis and few large and medium enterprises, basically depends on farming enterprises and township enterprises. Township enterprises in ETuokeQianqi have played an important role in the national economy for 20 years. At present, the social and economic development of ETuokeQianqi is in a critical time when it is in a fast developing period. In order to maintain its sustained, rapid, and normal development, the township enterprises are supposed to take a systematic and comprehensive study to work out a scientific strategy.This paper analyzes the present situation and the process of ETuokeQianqi's development, discusses the achievement and existing problems, the current developing characteristics, internal and external environment, opportunities and challenges in the future in order to provide clear guide and target for the township enterprises, and discover the next strategy from industrial restructuring, institutional innovation, science and technology competence, and external environment based on the condition of ETuokeQianqi in order to work out the development strategy for the township enterprise.This paper predicts the development of township enterprises and finds out important results with reference value.
