Mergers And Acquisitions Of Financial Integration And The Effect Of Integration

In recent years, as a form of capital management ,the enterprise M&A has drawn the widespread attention. It has drastically enhanced the market concentration of various industries. Meanwhile, it has also played a huge pushing effect to the economical development. However, M&A can't achieve the expected effect each time, even some enterprises will step onto the path of disintegration. Therefore, the M&A of enterprises is not the simple combination of both sides. It involves complex activities of each aspect. The massive cases of successes and defeats indicated that whether the merger and acquisition the can succeed or not is mostly decided by the integration followed it, especially the financial integration, which is the key stage of the integration and the important guarantee of the realization of the goal.In this article, integrated inductive method, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, as well as standard combination of research and empirical research method of combining are adopted to probe related issues about financial integration. Firstly, the introduction of the M&A related theory of financial integration, which has laid a theoretical basis. Secondly, combined some domestic M&A cases, the article discusses the content of financial integration, including integrated financial management goals, integrated financial management systems, accounting system integration, integration of existing assets, debt integration, and performance evaluation assessment system integration, combined with some M&A case analysis and summary to explore further financial integration implementation, in addition, the article evaluates the effects of financial integration from a financial synergies and financial targets. Lastly, the article points out that the problems in the financial integration on the results for the empirical analysis, and proposes solutions. We hope that this article can have actual guiding sense to the enterprises which are carrying on the financial integration, so as to raise the success rate of M&A , achieve the target of M&A.
