In addition, foundations, characteristics, modes and stages are also analyzed. On one hand, shantytowns reconstruction makes lots of effects such as improving residents'living conditions and promoting Fushun society harmony. On the other hand, there are problems have to be confronted with such as finance deficiency, incomplete demolition and rising of residents' living costs. Besides, the thesis points out further reasons why these problems appear. With learning the shantytowns reconstruction experiences of other cities and studying the local situation of Fushun city, proposals are offered purposeful and creatively.
