Consensus Analysis In Group Decision-making Based On Multi-granularity Linguistic Judgment Matrices

The research on group decision making (GDM) is an important field in decision making.It has extensive use and practical background in economy, society, management,military, engineering design and so on. The research on theory and methods for GDM has brought people wide attention. In GDM problems there are two processes to carry out before obtaining a final solution:the consensus process and the selection process.In some practical GDM problems, such as identifying core ability to Enterprises and choosing target customers in Customer Relationship Management,experts often give information in the form of linguistic,so the consensus research based on linguistic information has brought many experts attention recently. Due to influence from Subjective factors of decision-makers or Objective factors in decision-make problems,different decision-makers might give respective linguitic term information according to choosed linguitic assessment sets,which are different in the number of linguistic phrase and corresponding membership function of phrase semantic while facing the same decision-making problem.That is group decision-make problems based on multi-granularity linguistic judgment matrices.At present,there are few research results on consensus analysis in group decision-making based on multi-granularity linguistic judgment matrices.So the paper studies theory and methods on consensus analysis in group decision-making based on multi-granularity linguistic judgment matrices.The main research works are as follows.(1) According to the transformation function the multi-granularity linguistic judgment matrices are uniformed into the format of two-tuple linguistic information assessed in basic linguistic term set, then an analysis approach to the group consensus are proposed.(2)The multi-granularity linguistic judgment matrices are uniformed into the format of ordering value vector,then an analysis approach to the group consensus are proposed according to near degree between experts and group. (3) the multi-granularity linguistic judgment matrices are uniformed into the format of fuzzy judgment matrices,then an analysis approach to the group consensus are proposed according to the compatibility index about fuzzy udgment matrices.Finally,the paper summarizes the research fruits,theory value and application value of the research fruits.At the same time, the localizationis of the paper pointed out.
