Multi-attribute Group Decision Making Methods Based On Linguistic Preference Information

Multiple attribute group decision making based on linguistic preference is a kind of multiple attribute group decision making that decision making experts express their preference information by linguistic labels.In the process of decision making,there are some problems within decision making environment,firstly,decision makers are pressed for time and limited to data;secondly,decision making criteria cannot be accurately quantified for decision makers;third,decision makers have limited knowledge level and information processing power;finally,decision makers express their preference information in different styles in group decision making,because they have different knowledge structure,experience judgment and alternative preference.Decision makers express their opinions in accurate numerical value became very difficult because of the complexity of decision making environment.However,it is very convenient for decision makers to use linguistic labels expressing their preference information.So,the research of multiple attribute group decision making based on linguistic preference information became more necessary.In recent years,considerable attention has been given to such problem at home and abroad,it became a research highlight in the field of multiple criteria group decision making.First,the thesis summarized the existing research on multiple criteria group decision making based on linguistic variable,gave a review of research situation at home and abroad in detail,gave a classification and summery about semantic representation of linguistic term sets,summarized several common representation methods of semantic of linguistic term set and some classic multiple attributes decision making methods,gave a new classification method based on the style of decision makers' alternative preference expressing.Next,the thesis introduced a new way to process multiple granularity linguistic preference information,gave a summery about decision maker weight and attribute weight,proposed a new method to obtain information aggregation operator weight,MP-weight,and defined some information aggregation operators based on MP weight and proposed some multiple attribute decision making methods.The thesis also defined 6 information aggregation operators based on MP-weight,and proposed their multiple attribute group decision making methods.Then,the thesis evaluated commercial bank integrated service performance based on multi-granularity 2-tuple linguistic.Finally,the limitation of this thesis is pointed out and the further study of multiple attribute group decision making method based on linguistic preference information is discussed.
