As a very new field of study, organization silence is a negative image of organizational behavior discussed in theoretical circles in the field of vision. Organization silence is a common phenomenon in enterprises, which means that most employees don't speak up their opinions when facing the problems in enterprises. Organization silence blocks the communication of information and does great harm to the development of enterprises because managers can't make the effective decision and learn from experience. For the individual, organization silence strongly reduces employee satisfaction to organizations. Because of these, organization silence is becoming a new focus of research and more and more psychologists and managers pay much attention to it.Employee satisfaction is that an attitude and emotions of employee satisfaction with all aspects of job or not. Employee satisfaction directly affects the level of enthusiasm for work and creative. In knowledge-based economy, talent is the business success and competitiveness of key in high-tech enterprises; they are aware of a lot of talent on the great contribution to value-added business. In order to attract and retain talent, it is necessary to improve employee satisfaction. From the organization silence, this paper research employee satisfaction in order to provide inspiration for the enterprises to improve employee satisfaction.High-tech industry is an important indicator of country's comprehensive national strength. High-tech industry played a decisive role in China's national economy. Study of high-tech enterprise organizational silence on the impact of employee satisfaction is help in the high-tech enterprise to build a harmonious business environment to stimulate employee sense of ownership, improve employee satisfaction and enhance the innovative capability of enterprises.This research aims at discuss relevant relations between organizational silence and Employees'satisfaction in high-tech industry, understanding the various dimensions of organization silence's degree of influence on employee satisfaction. Finally, according to the result of the positive research, propose suggestions to reduce organization silence and improve employee satisfaction, offer certain guidance for real work.In order to test the rationality and validity of the theory, this study establishes a model which includes the organization silence and employee satisfaction. Then use the data got in questionnaire investigation in high-tech enterprises to examine this model.In this paper, the core assumptions is that organization silence and employee satisfaction are a significant negative correlation, and the various dimensions of organization silence and the various dimensions of employee satisfaction were negatively correlated.This study have drawn lessons from relevant research results both at home and abroad and worked out a questionnaire named" organizational silence and employee satisfaction of high-tech enterprise ", get 155 samples of such 10 enterprises in the area as Beijing, Langfang, Shenyang, Xian, Chengdu,etc. Use the proving factor analysis, route to analyze and return to the analytical method to certificate the views in this research.Analyzed through the real example, the conclusion got in this research is as follows:Every dimension of organization silence and every dimension of employee satisfaction were negatively correlated" has got and does not totally verify. Organization silence and self-development satisfaction, job satisfaction, working conditions satisfaction, wage satisfaction is a significant negative correlation, but organization silence and organization satisfaction are no significant correlation. Organization silence's ignored silence and self-development satisfaction, job satisfaction, working conditions satisfaction, wage satisfaction is a significant negative correlation, but ignored silence and organization satisfaction are no significant correlation. Organization silence's acquiescent silence and self-development satisfaction, job satisfaction, working conditions satisfaction, wage satisfaction is a significant negative correlation, but acquiescent silence and organization satisfaction are no significant correlation. Organization silence's defensive silence and organization satisfaction are no significant correlation. Finally, because of the limitations of relevant conditions, there is certain limitation in this research. The limitations of the study are discussed and suggestions for future research are offered at the last part of this text.
