The Research On The Relationship Between The Intelligence Capital Of Manufacturing Company In Our Country And Enterprise Performance

The physical capitals have always play an important part in the enterprise, and the intellectual capital in the future in the knowledge-based economy will play an increasingly important role as well, what has become a capital that any company can not be ignored with it.In recent years, the research of intellectual capital is not drop off, but increasing all the time. The paper is focus on the relationship between the intellectual capital and the corporate performance. Although the ways they used are different, the conclusion is pretty much the same thing-that the intellectual capital has a positive effect on the business performance. However, because of the special nature of intellectual capital, the majority of studies focus on other industries, but pay less attention to manufacturing enterprise, while manufacturing enterprises plays a crucial importance role in China's national economic development, and in the era of knowledge economy, China's manufacturing enterprises are experiencing many problems. Therefore, the writer wants to find out whether the intellectual capital has effect on the manufacturing enterprise through empirical analysis methods. In order to seek the way to help the development of China's manufacturing enterprises out of their predicament from the perspective of intellectual capital.By using SPSS software, descriptive integration, factor analysis, correlation analysis, mainly supported by the following conclusions:human capital and structural capital are positively correlated with each other; the human capital have a significant positive correlation with business performance; there is also a significant correlation between the structural capital and the business performance, but there is no significant effect comparison to the human capital; at the same time, not all of the elements of the human capital and structural capital have a significant effect on the company's performances. Based on the above findings, this article making relevant recommendations on China's manufacturing enterprises, while put forward the shortcoming and what will looking for in further in this article.
