Research Of Intellectual Capital Management Based On The Enterprise Performance

Knowledge has played an important role in the environment of knowledge economy. The conception of intellectual capital is given much emphasis. Intellectual capital is not only the most valuable resource in enterprise competition and development, but it is also the key resource in sustainable development. How important does intellectual capital play in China's economy development as a key resource? The enterprises development depends on intellectual capital or physical capital? How to take use of intellectual capital to create more value to enterprises? All of these are given much concern. This research takes the industry which highly depends on intellectual capital as example, do the empirical analysis between intellectual capital and enterprises performance. It can be proved that there is positive relationship between two. On the analysis above, this paper researches on the management of intellectual management.Firstly, the introduction views research background and importance of intellectual capital. Furthermore, it arranges the structure of this thesis and gives an illustration of research methods.In the second chapter, this thesis expatiate the conception and characteristics of intellectual capital. Then, it reviews theories of intellectual capital. Finally, it defines interrelated conceptions concerned with intellectual capital.In the third chapter, this thesis take 34 public companies in Chinese IT industry as example, do the empirical analysis between intellectual capital and enterprises performance by SPSS statistic software and illustrate the importance of intellectual capital management.In the fourth chapter, this thesis gives detailed management principle and method discussion of three main elements in intellectual capital which are human capital, structural capital and customer capital.Finally, it draws the conclusions, points out the further research areas on the basis of shortcoming of this thesis.
