Rural Tourism Development Study From The Perspective Of Co-ordinating Urban And Rural Areas--Take The Village Of Dujiangyan Shangyuan As An Example

Rural tourism has been paid more and more attention by our Government and Community. It is generally acknowledged that in addition to the basic travel service function, Rural tourism have a very clear carrying capacity of the urban and rural areas' co-ordinating mechanism and plays a role in the development of multiple co-ordination.This paper integrated urban and rural co-ordination with rural tourism, and researches rural tourism development under the urban and rural co-ordination, also it studies and discusses the development of its basic concepts, the mechanisms for co-ordinating development and operation mode of income systematically. Besides, this paper involved in the village of Dujiangyan Shangyuan rural tourism planning as an example, the work is an intuitive framework for the exploration and display, hope to give help to this kind of areas' research and practice.The author believes that the vision in the planning of urban and rural, the rural tourism planning and development must be based on a comprehensive study on the regional situation and respect the laws of reality and science. Then, correctly understand and take the responsibility for regional development of the tourist, and realize clearly the direction and mission of the plan. Taking the concept of scientific development, harmonious social and ecological civilization as the guide for rural tourism development, and grooming and promoting the urban and rural co-ordinating conception, so as to establish of high-level thinking systems for the develop and guide.Then, give full play to the rural tourism's pulling role in enriching the people and promoting the co-ordinating development of urban and rural.In the industry's construction, from the height of macro-management and regulation of the height, guiding the integration of urban and rural areas'tourism actively, combining the First industry with the Third industry, and co-ordinating other industry and tourist industry's development. To establish a platform for co-ordinating development and implement industrial structure development by leaps and bounds through tourism.Third, in the rural tourism district, we must divide the districts according to its function, plan the overall layout and set related projects.In project of characteristic agri-tourism, rural leisure tourism, implement co-ordinating development measures deeply; With extensive and in-depth participation, earnestly put forward the rural tourism develops fast and healthily.At last, on the basis of comprehensive analysis and consideration of the rural tourism development's local resources and regional development conception issues and so on,this paper constructed a characteristic and specific working system, summed up eurytropic strong and universal framework for the development of rural tourism planning and management.
