With the special Chinese characteristic, China Automobile market is a commercial market which keeps developing and matured. Currently it has extremely changed and rapidly promoting period. How to make the enterprise defeat competitor in the competitive environments? How to keep the market share? Except for strategy, the optimization of project management can bring the enterprise new economic benefit. With the variant environment, risk management will help to optimize project management. CF Group should make itself more strong and efficient through the implementation of project management.The uncertainty of project management create a lot of risks to the project .Risk is the possibility of lost. All the projects are with risks. We have to use scientific theory to recognize, evaluate project risks, afterwards we can take necessary action to eliminate and lower down the risks. In the end we will control those negative field and events which can influence our cost, timing and quality .On the other hand, we will enlarge the active fields .The final purpose is to realize benefits maximize through our efforts.This paper first introduces the background of the theme, CF company and current project management status. Then it introduce project management and risk management basic theory ,mainly focus on the concept of project ,project management , and risks management .It also introduce the relationship between timing, cost , quality and project management.. With these introductions there exists a strong theory basic of the risk management.In this chapter, the significance of selection of the theme is pointed out as well.Then, this paper introduces the present status of the project risk management in CF company, which including the project management tool, project team and project management procedure .Further to that ,it analyze the existing problems in the project risk management .They are: lack of complete risk management procedure and concept, project organization not completed, and lack of risk sense of the staff.Following that, it identify F8 project risks ,totally are 14 risks: risks on sample parts not arrive at Germany plant on time, exchange rate risks, additional try assembly risks, customer forecast risks, aluminum material price increased risks, equipment import rate risks, raw material import rate risks, design change risks, local supplier quality risks, risks on long lead time of purchasing part , rear arm local production risks, risks on management system not completed , and staff lack of sense of risk .As to all these risks, the paper set up maths model according to the principle of reality, reliability, saving and justice The paper also analyze these risks with AHP method on costing ,technology, timing and organization.In chapter 5, it introduces the risk management strategy and implement action. According to CF company's management procedure, the relevant procedure documents are set up. Which including training from management to staff. There is low possibility to avoid risk completely, but we can lower down its occurrence .and the most important thing is to strength the sense of risk. Only with this way, can we improve our project management quality and to gain more profit for enterprise.This paper analyses the risk features, management process of project expatiates the detailed method of risk identification and risk assessment. However due to the limitation of the knowledge and time period, there are some area to be improved, such as, the theory and method of risk management, close integration of risk management with other area of project management, including the areas of project cost management, project communication management, project purchase management, project quality management. The people responsible for the risk management should have a good knowledge of these areas. Furthermore, the management strategy of risks identification shall be improved. Risk management is an key part of project management. Excellent project management lies in the excellent risk management to minimize the risk loss. This paper can help CF company to improve its project implementation and execution, especially to ensure the success of all involved activities and tasks and further to ensure the optimization of the project performance through efficient risk management.
