The Risk Management Of A Certain Enterprise's Open Platform Integration Control Project

In order to unify Open Platform maintenance flow, further raises the system automation operational level, reduces the operation intensity, reduces the operation risk, a certain enterprise headquarters initiated OPIC(It is abbreviation of Open Platform Integration Control) project. It is composed by three sub-projects, respectively is the user centralized management project, the software distribution and the patch management project, the batch operation dispatch project.It is a software implementation project.There is a difference between this kind of project and the software development project.The software implementation project is to meet the customer requirement by the mature application software implemented.The software development project is to meet the customer requirement by the software developed.In order to insure the success of OPIC project, based on study of the project risk management method and the software developmental project typical risk management, the thesis summarizes OPIC project characteristic, works out the corresponding project risk management plan.To implement the project risk identification, the risk analysis, the risk response plan, the risk monitoring and control process separately in the project life cycle four stages.To identify the project risk and adopt the risk response plan,control harmful risk occurrence, guarantee project overall goal realization.Using the method which combines theory with practice, the thesis applies the IT risk management knowledge into OPIC project, and examines the risk management effectiveness in reality. Main Achievements:1)According to the domestic and foreign risk management achievement, as well as this enterprise and own experience implementing the project, designs the practical project risk identification tool, the risk analysis tool, the risk response plan, the risk monitoring and control tool. And this tool utilization in actual OPIC project carries on the examination. 2) By the application of project risk management, enhanced the project implementation success ratio, finally guaranteed OPIC project success. 3) Through the project risk management application in OPIC project, summarizes the software implementation class project about the risk management best practice, refers for the management people of the similar project.
