But Visitors experience Demand SatisfactionSurvey about Xi'an sites shows that the traditional development approach about Xi'an Touristsites are far from to meet the needs of tourist experience, so this paper dose game analysisabout the relationship between scenic and tourists based on the questionnaire analysis,explores the interests of both demands, and solves mission to both sides to reach a balancedresult, that is experience-based tourism development model. And then a series of specificprinciples and program development experience are been proposed, hoping to explore ascientific and reasonable protection and development mode about the large sites, so changethe traditional site of cultural heritage resources big into real economic industrial advantages.Finally, take Tang Daming Palace site as an example to do the empirical analysis andproposes the experiential development strategies and programs of the Daming Palace Relics Park.
