Experts and scholars not only active in research, but also promote the development in practice, which is the important part of sustainable development.Paper introduces the concept of SRI fund, reviews the development process of SRI fund, and introduces three ways of SRI fund. Paper reviews the development process of SRI fund in China and points out the problems of SRI fund, introduces the successful experience in foreign countries. SRI funds, which are the dominant market players of the socially responsible investment, can not only provide investors with investment targets, and can promote corporate to fulfill their social responsibility. Propose the ideas on the development of SRI. The government and other relevant departments should formulate appropriate policies to regulate the development of SRI. The investors should shift investment philosophy, and participate in SRI actively. In the development of SRI fund, we should adopt some measures to promote this new invest. We should require companies to enhance their information disclosure, set up the screening system, foster the institution investors, and so on. With regard to the internal construction of SRI, paper analyzes the SRI fund manager's selection and training system, analyzes and designs the management fees of SRI funds, so encourages SRI fund's company to take part in socially responsible investing.
