Into the knowledge economy era, the country's comprehensive national strength is focused on the performance of its economic. In fact, the competition of the strength of science and technology will be the basic and the most important aspects of the competition of the economic strength. Therefore, all the countries are increasing investment in scientific research in order to occupy a tiny space in high-tech area. However, if the scientific and technological achievements just existed in the scientific research institutions, cannot be effectively transformed into practical productive forces, scientific research will not support industrial restructuring, achieve a virtuous circle, and sustained economic development.Our country has made a lot of well-known achievements in scientific and technical research. But there are not relatively enough scientific and technical achievements which can transform into productivity and have influence on the production. It is because of the drawback of the system .And another important reason is that some links which are very important to the transformation of the scientific and technical achievements didn't play their role well. Among them, how to fully play the role of science and technology intermediary in the transformation process of the scientific and technical achievements is an important aspect.As an important department of the creative system, the birth of our country's science and technology intermediary was relatively late. Even though the government has introduced a number of related regulations and policies, but compared to the successful experience of foreign countries, the current incentive policies and regulations to our country's science and technology intermediary are still not perfect. There are still many problems affecting their role to play. Based on the successful experiences of foreign countries, this paper does a further research of incentive policies and regulations of our country's science and technology intermediary, strives to find the problems, and give some suggestions.On the base of extensive review and analysis of literature information home and abroad, the thesis first introduces the concepts which are associated with the research object, including the definition, classification and role of the science and technology intermediary. Then the thesis presents the research status about the incentive policies and regulations of science and technology intermediaries home and abroad, analyzes the incentive policies and regulations of foreign science and technology intermediary, and draws some enlightenment. Based on the development process of our country's science and technology intermediary, combined with its current state, the author proposes the problems of current incentive policies and regulations of our country's science and technology intermediaries and gives some appropriate suggestions to make our country's incentive policies and regulations of science and technology intermediary perfect.
