Study On Management Mode Of Coal Mine Enterprises Based On Lean Thinking

With Chinese coal industrial structure and industrial policy is becoming clear, the resources superiority and the regional advantages will become the uncontrolled factor of domestic coal mine enterprises's survival and competition, enterprise's ability of survival and development and competitive advantage will directly depend on recovering the internal management. Meanwhile, Chinese coal mine enterprise management is rough and waste, this situation makes the coal mine enterprise's problems hadn't been solved, Such as low work's standard, rough process control, loose institution. So enterprise's cost is increasing. Although since 2003,the large coal mine enterprise group had explored to change this situation, and realized the Delicacy Management gradually, but it still haven't reached"Lean Management", the enterprise's waste phenomenon still exist. Therefore, this article study on Lean Management of coal mine enterprises has realistic meaning.The article focus on reducing waste of coal mine enterprises and realizing coal mine enterprises Lean Management, build the coal mine enterprises lean management mode and get the implement method, based research of the lean thinking both abroad and at home, Which using safety management, system engineering, enterprise culture, human resources management etc. Main research work and conclusions as follows: (1)To establish the basic framework of coal mine enterprises Lean management mode. This framework including The management of Value stream, Process of organizational structure, Lean culture change(2)To present implementation method on the coal mine enterprises Lean management mode. As follow:First, The management of value stream is divided into two aspects,on the one hand,to reduce the consumption of core value stream,on the other hand,to accelerate the flow of core value stream;Second to establish the Process of organizational structure; Third,constructing the Lean culture.(3)analyzed the Shaanxi Nan Liang Co., LTD's management mode. The company has succeed in Lean Management based on reducing waste and cost. Include Strengthening supervision of the purchasing of materials, Building the team self-management models, improving the company's ERP system,establishing professional process management and Lean cultural.The article has abundant the Lean Management theory of coal mine enterprises, and has important guiding value to practice.
