Research On The Theory And Application Of Lean Management Mode In Manufacturing Enterprises

The conception of Lean Production was introduced by ProfessorJames.P.Womach of M.I.T with others in the book of "THE MACHINE THATCHANGED THE WORLD", and based on "Toyota production system". LeanProduction has both its broad and narrow sense. The narrow sense is only the leanproduction system, and the broad sense is business lean management surpassing theproduction system.In this paper, we try to put forward to the conception of "Lean ManagementMode" which is based on the theoretical research achievement of many experts. Inorder to construct a pretty perfect, scientific and systematic management system, wecombined the prevalent management thought with Lean Manufacture Mode. It is aninnovation of the article.At the beginning, connotation of Lean Mnagement Mode was discussed. Basedon these, we introduced the theoretical model, analyzed the practical significance ofLean Management Mode and the profound philosophy of "Lean Thinking". In orderto construct a management model, we discussed the characteristics of strategy,market, design development, supply, manufacture, equipment management, qualitymanagement, human resources, financial management, performance management,enterprise culture under the guidance of the broad lean management sense.After that, applied research was done on Lean Management Mode. In the paper,we put forward to the solution of how to be a lean enterprise and how to reconstructit so that the practical problem can be solved in pertinence. In the cases of the paper,we introduced the practical activity of the Qingdao H corporation in detail. For thesake of giving some helpful instruction to the enterprise especially some smallcorporation, we tried to combine the implementary scheme with its practical activity.At last, we made a prediction on the development and the tendency of LeanManagement Mode with other advanced management mode. It emphasized thetheoretical basis and tendency of MRPII/ERP and 6 δ management combined toLean Management Mode."Toyota production mode" create the " Toyota Miracle" and a huge auto country.Based on this, Lean Production and Lean Thinking was spreaded widely in the world.From single manufacture to mass manufacture, at last to lean manufacture, it is thetendency of the manufacture mode. Therefore, it will have a profound and practicalsense to popularizing Lean Management Mode in the manufacture industry. This willkeep accordance with the development of the society.
