| Knowledge economy based on high-tech enterprise leans on core employees'knowledge, technology, intelligence and idea to create value. However, at present in the high-tech enterprises of our country the core employees turnovers frequently. The signal exposes that the payment systems of core employees in our high-tech enterprises exists some problems.Core employees, as knowledge capital's owner and carrier which high-tech enterprises lean on for survival and development have the particularity which cannot be neglected about the human resource. Their independent value and strong wish decide individual and diversified need they own. If enterprises want to attract, retain and stimulate excellent persons with ability effectively, they must reform intrinsic and rigid payment system instead of adopting total payment mode which is centered on employees, allows employees to participate, fulfills individual and diversified need of employees.This thesis consists of seven parts. The first part, introduction introduces the reference of subject selection, basic thinking of thesis and framework. The second part, the evolution of total payment mode introduces the total payment research result and summary to the contribution before. The third part analyzes the features of core employees'human resource of high-tech enterprises and need. The fourth part analyzes current situation of total payment mode of core employees' of high-tech enterprises. The fifth part analyzes the building of total payment mode of core employees'including the necessity of building, basic thinking, component of mode and strength of mode. The sixth part discuss the problem of management matching during the implementation process of total payment mode.The last part is the conclusion and prospect proposing the conclusion and the issue which needs to be further study in future. |
