The Studies on the systematics of the EST isoenzyme of insects ofpentatomidae which totally include three subfamilies, seventeen genera and eighteenspecies were analysised by using the technique of vertical slab poly-acrylamidae gelelectrophoresis. The results are as follows:1.Difference of esterase isoenzyme among segments, sex, geographic regionand individual:the results show that there exist certain differences among thesame species, diffenent sexes and even diffenent individuals. The variancesbetween sexes are more significant than those of the individuals and they areless significant than the difference between interspecific. There aredifferences among zymograms of different segments of the same individualsand different geographic region of the same species.2.There are some obviously differences about the EST isoenzymeelectrophoretogram between different subfamilies, different genera anddifferent species. But every different species posses its own isoenzyme bands. And the results concluded through the EST isoenzyme are coincide with theresults concluded through morphic classification. We can concluded that ESTisoenzyme posses important and reliable taxonomic value at lowercategories.3.The EST isoenzyme of insects of the Pentatomidae possesspolymorphosis:the number of the EST isoenzyme loci of Erthesima fullo(Thunerg)is three and Halyomorpha halys (Stal)possess four loci.4.The results of Studies completely show the the technique of ESTisoenZyIne which was used in identification of insects of pthemidae, therelative of differnt species and classific leval is feasible. At the saxnetime, the results also show tha the combination of the tecboque of ESTisoZyIne,numeric classification and morphic classification woLild offer amore scielltific classificatOry --y for the stUdies on systematic ofPentatomidae of Hemiptera and other insects ofdiffetal populations.
