With the development of modern industry, especially the perfection of the product quality control system, people have put forward the more and more higher requirement to inspection precision, speed and efficiency of geometry size, So that we must doing the research extensively gone deep into to inspection means and inspection precision, in order to suit the manufacturing industry, in particularly suit the needs of quality control of large-scale industry manufacturing and the large-scale engineering construction.In this paper, we have firstly introduced the coordinate measurement method in common use at present, then have summarized the component and the measurement principle of the non-orthogonal coordinate measurement system, We have mostly analyzed the uncertainty of the non-orthogonal coordinate measurement system, and have put forward the calibration principle, item and method of the measurement uncertainty of the non-orthogonal coordinate measurement systemo Finally, we have developed to the non-orthogonal coordinate measurement system, and have developed the missile inspection software and the launch car space size inspection software. These software have been succeeded to apply to real production.
