Along with the development of modern technology and the popularization of computer, more and more modern technologies have been showed in education and instruction. Owing to the improvement of multimedia technology, its performance has become more diverse; With the appearance of network and development of network technology, it transfers prom microcomputer environment to network environment. At present, the remote instruction has become the prevalent way of modern education. Furthermore network courseware will be applied in the practice of instructions. It is an important aspect of the studying of courseware that combining the modern information technology and education theory, analyzing and discussing the method and theory bases of designing physics CAI basing in campus network.Streaming Media is a technology witch make it possible of playing information of sounding, seeing and other multimedia online, not needing waiting for download. Facing with the limit of the wide of the line and the crowding of Internet, Streaming Media is the best way of transmission of information through network.In this thesis I studies and discusses designing and making of multi-media courseware under the supporting of the technology of Streaming Media in campus network. From the view of education information theory, acknowledge theory and physics education theory, this thesis discusses the theory bases of CAI, brings forward the principles of designing and madding of courseware and designs a set of physics courseware. The innovation of this thesis is that it not only discusses the technology methods of courseware, but also discusses the pedagogy, psychology and sociology theory of physics courseware.
