Based On Rs & Gis Technology Wuyishan City Landscape Pattern Analysis And Ecological Protection

Wuyishan city is located in the north of Fujian Province in South China. The Wuyishan nature reserve is one of the hottest areas in china for its rich biodiversity. Wuyishan scenic spot also located in Wuyishan city. From the recent years, there are some problems about environment in wuyishan city, such as the degradation of forest, the decrease of biodiversity, the deterioration of environment, for the climate change and the human disturbance. So the study on the landscape and the environmental protection of wuyishan city is significant, which do help on the continued development.The study based on the landscape ecological theory. Landscape ecology is a science which makes people understand the human activities and the environment and the relations between the two aspects. By integrated and holistic thought of the status and changes of ecological environment, landscape ecology provides new theory and methods to successfully solve the ecological problems faced by human. Through analysis of the landscape changing in different periods of time, we can explore the cause and mechanism of landscape change, which accordingly can provide basis to make use of landscape in reason and to adjust the force and manner of human activity.As the main technique, RS&GIS was applied in the study for the RS technique can provide many data in different space, time and spectrum resolve. Use the RS technique made the data obtainment become easily. The GIS technique was used in more and more science research area for its powerful space analytic ability. It can provide diversiform special data through the data collection, analysis, simulation and so on. The RS and the GIS are the powerful tools to analyze landscape pattern.There are two parts in the study. In the fist part, I analyzed the landscape pattern on Wuyishan city based on the RS data in 1995 and 2000. In the second part, I studied the measures of ecological protection in Wuyishan city, which is based on the analysis of scenic structure and theory of scenic ecology and ecological protection.
