Study On County Wanyuan City Ecological Protection Red RS And GIS Defined Methods

The red line of ecological protection is the bottom line of the national and regional ecological security,the red line of ecological protection is an effective way to protect the ecological security.The current research status and limitations of the ecological protection red line are mainly as follows: Firstly,the study on the delimit of the large scale ecological protection red line and the small scale of the county area is insufficient;Secondly,The evaluation index system adhered to the guidelines for the delimitation of the red line of ecological protection,lack of local regional characteristics;Thirdly,the impact of ecological information,the accuracy of the evaluation data selected by methods is not high,and the results of large scale demarcation have large deviations from the actual situation in the county scale.This paper makes full use of the multi-phase,multi spectral and multi spatial resolution and efficient data acquisition ability in Remote Sensing,and the powerful spatial data processing and analysis function of Geographic Information System can quickly and efficiently obtain the ecological function of the county scale.The main contents and characteristics of this paper are as follows:Firstly,combining with the actual situation of the research area,using GIS technology and RS technology to collect and analyze the background data of the research area,through the analysis and comparison of regional data,the importance of the ecosystem function,the sensitivity of the ecological environment and the 3evaluation factors of the forbidden development zone are the main factors for the delimitation of the County Ecological red line.Secondly,according to the ecological function importance assessment model of the guidelines for the red line of ecological protection,the accuracy of different models was quantitatively analyzed on the basis of qualitative analysis,and a high precision evaluation method was selected in the process of red line delimitation.Thirdly,the ecological environment sensitivity evaluation model was constructed,and the effect of the model evaluation and the traditional ecological environment sensitivity evaluation method were compared and synthetically analyzed.Fourth,based on the self built ecological environment sensitivity assessment model,the importance of ecological function assessment is completed.Analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method are used to determine the weight of the evaluation factor.Finally,the GIS technology is used to optimize the red line data.Fifth,On the basis of the study on the method for delimiting the red line of ecological protection on the county level,the effect of the red line of ecological protection is verified.According to the results obtained,the method is in good agreement with the overall pattern of the ecological environment protection in the study area,and the method is more effective on the county scale and can be the County Ecological red line.Reference is provided for the demarcation work.
