This is a new photoelectricity measure system with IR, measure television and capture television. It can realize auto track, the digital image and measure information real time record .It is a typical representative to apply different type and different functions detector, and is also new generation photoelectricity measure system's development direction.Researching a quickly capture, tracking and control system with high accuracy, high dynamic, high sensitivity and high stability is the key of researching successfully photoelectricity measure system. But complex control technique and on axis tracking technique play an important role.Pass through extensive experiment and science's analysis and argumentation. Finite memory filter, 3 seconds memory arithmetic and Kalman filter arithmetic success realized in the system. These techniques make the system's speed, accuracy satisfy performance's request, and the system's general performance also get obvious promotion.Whiting the complex control technique and on axis tracking technique and Kalman filter arithmetic, the system's function is stability, work is credibility. It proof that adopting new technique's capture and track control system is successful. The control technique not only adopted photoelectricity measure system, but also used for the other control equipments, and have the very high and practical value.
