Based On The Bluetooth Gps Location Information Of Wireless Access Technology And Its Applications

On the background of government's big effort to develop vehicle satellite navigation application industry, the thesis presents a new GPS information access technology after market investigation of on-board GPS in vehicle monitoring terminal at present The main idea of this thesis is to utilize Bluetooth technology to achieve GPS information wireless access to GSM/GPRS system.After giving the thesis idea, it contrasts Bluetooth with some other universal short range wireless technology, and describes the protocol architecture developed by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) and analyzes the Bluetooth core protocol and Host Controller Interface (HCI) and briefly introduces the Bluetooth security architecture. Based on above, it proves that Bluetooth is more suitable than other short range wireless technology,In order to validate that the new project is feasible and reasonable and advanced, the thesis is devoted to design a software and hardware system to achieve an on-board GPS in vehicle monitoring terminal that is one part of a GPS vehicle monitoring system. After discussing the thesis' structure and each part' function and relevant key technology, it presents the concrete way to design and achieve the terminal. In experiment and analysis part, it puts emphasis upon the studies and experiments about the wireless connection technology of Bluetooth and the difficult it faced and resolved. It also introduces the process of design and debugging in other parts of the terminal and shows some interfaces and results after the terminal runs successfully.The thesis mainly completes the tasks as follow: Market investigation of on-board GPS in vehicle monitoring terminal at present and presenting a new GPS information access technology; Analyzing Bluetooth protocol and achieving the data transmission between two Bluetooth modules; Wholly designing a software and hardware system of GPS and GSM/GPRS information wireless access; By virtue of Bluetooth technology, achieving GPS information access toGSM/GPRS system.All theories analyzed and experiments done in this thesis prove that this project is completely feasible and reasonable, and the new access way based on Bluetooth is a bran-new attempt and is more advanced than traditional access way. Adopting the project, the system is more convenient without troubling with messy cables, and has the advantage of low cost and extendable function.
