P representation of optical field is a quasi-probability distribution function. The P representation of classical optical field is positive function. While for the Non- classical optical fields, the P representation is a negative or singular function. In this kind of field, there are many special features that classical optical fields don't exist. So the negative P representation optical field has latent application value on the theories and fulfillments. As a result, it has caused the people's concern. The information entropy is a basic concept in the information science, the research of the entropy is important to the quantum information optics and the statistics properties to the quantum optics fields. The non- classical optical field occupied the important position in the quantum optics and the quantum information learn with its special property, as a result mean that the research of the optical a property of non- classical has the count for much meaning to the negative P representation.Quantum information science is a newly arisen cross subject that produced by combining quantum mechanics and the information science together. It pioneers a new canto of application of quantum mechanics; one of its important applications is to keep secret the quantum communication. The squeezed thermal states (STS) is a kind of admixture state. It is a Bose- Einstein weighted superposition of squeezed Fock state (SNS). Along with the quantum information realm theories and the research works continuously thorough, scientists recently detected that squeezed states can be entangled source in the quantum correspondence. As a result, STS has important applied foreground in the optical communication and optical precision measurement. It has caused the people's new enthusiasm to study the squeezed thermal states.The content of this paper is a combination of non-classical optical field with negative P function and squeezed thermal states.
