| Intensifying the STS education in the physics teaching of advanced vocational school is an effective method to improve the students' integrates qualities, especially the literacy of science.This paper investigates and analyzes physics teaching and STS education in advanced vocational school, and indicates that STS education is one of the most major directions of the physics teaching innovation. In addition, the paper refers to some aspects of intensifying STS education, such as importance, practice, integration, vocationalism and development, etc. Moreover, item teaching, investigation and methods of exploration and studying are also been talked in this paper. Finally, the paper analyzes the requirements of choosing physics course in advanced vocational school and the methods of designing physics teaching, which are based on STS education. As the result of educational innovation, a special topic about some aspects of advanced vocational school's STS education has been constructed, and some examples of teaching project also have being under taken. |
