Tide beach is a kind of low flat coast landforms, including broad smooth of intertidal flat and salt marsh of supratidal zone. It is the sea-land important, sediment zone that hands over. Because of the particularity of tide beach location, the measure of tide beach water content is always blank. This paper, taking the tide beach of Dafeng Jiangsu nearby Wang port as the research district, establishes remote sensing survey model of the soil water content on bare beach by the regression analysis of the soil spectrum reflectance and its water content in situ. Finally research draws some conclusions as follow:1. Soil water content of tide beach changes along with tidewater fluctuation regularly: In the course of ebbing water content of certain point on tide beach reduces ceaselessly along with the increase of ebb time, the earlier the point outcrops, the higher its topography is, and the less soil water content is; The later the point outcrops, the lower its topography is, and the higher soil water content is. Therefore the measure of soil water content of tide beach is a new approach for tide beach topography measure as the part of tide beach research.2. We used the fiber spectrometer for the first time to measure the soil surface spectrum reflectance , and have known the environmental factor influence on natural object through the comparison with the ASD spectrometer data.3. The method that soil water content is preparation in laboratory, have reduced the error of the soil water content measure in open country.4. The best band, TM4, to survey the tide beach soil moisture by remote sensing has been selected by making statistic analysis of tide beach soil moisture and its spectrum reflectance in situ.5. By analyzing present soil moisture model of remote sensing survey, the author established remote sensing survey model of the soil water content of outcrop tidebeach: W=1028.4 R_TM4~2 - 659.4 R_TM4 + 106.18, and simulated the soil water content of outcrop beach on the image.
