The Police Use The Design Of An Integrated Information System Platform

With the development of science and technology, the traditional police working mode can't meet the needs of current society any longer. It's the urgent affairs that building the efficient, intuitionistic and rapid GIS which is based on computer technology, graphics and imagine processing and communication technology.This paper is the instance that applies the foundational idea of GIS to police operation system.Above all, the paper expatiates the researching purpose and meaning of the police integrating information system platform and introduces the research status of correlative fields internal and overseas and the research approaches and contents. Next, the paper adopts the design idea of software engineering and integrates the characteristic of GIS technology. Being based on the demand inquiry which is from the investigating the demand of police commanding center, the author makes sure the design principle of the system and the whole design scheme. It concludes the structure hierarchy of the system, function modules and their relations and the design and building of the correlative database. Then, the paper designs the functions of every sub-module carefully through combining with the whole design scheme and explains the correlations of the modules by adopting structured methods. At the same time, the paper describes the working principle of the partial system modules, data structure, realization method and the final conclusion and presents the corresponding program codes. Finally, the paper explains the realization of the system and the usage of the main functions. Through the above researches, the author infers the conclusion and raises the opinion for the farther development of the police integrating information system platform.
