Along with our country new foundation education mathematics curriculum implementation, the normal universities and colleges mathematics education reform lags behind the problems of reform in basic education has become in creasingly prominent, especially in the teaching practice ability training lag, make the mathematics normal students cannot satisfy the need of middle school mathematics teaching. In recent years, many mathematics education reform in normal colleges and universities to cultivating the applied talents or teachers’teaching skills training and try to make a good reform, including the normal college students training the most common and most important way is " the micro-teaching".But with "the micro-teaching" opening, the normal teaching skills in training the advantage of reflected gradually at the same time, also appeared some undeniable problems that normal teaching ability training is attention, but did not get effectively resolved.This study comprehensive adoption of literature study and questionnaire investigation, interview methods, teachers and students of colleges and universities must line mathematics teaching actual are under investigation, the survey found that the most prominent questions are as the follows:①the normal mathematics students can not understand the connotation of teaching skills of teachers of mathematics;②the current training teaching skills contain too many kinds, training cannot implement, and not so good for the new curriculum and requirements of the development of teachers;③mathematical operation mode training must not standard, can not meet the needs of the students of mathematics skills training. And through the investigation found that under the new situation of middle school mathematics classroom, the focus is not in the traditional sense teaching skills, but rather on students’development for the purpose, focus on the classroom teaching design is reasonable, novel, operators mathematics subject characteristics, conform to the students’practical, concern for learning all-round development; focus on the implementation of the classroom teaching on the end of the introduction, and ideas is clear, whether conform to the students’cognitive law, whether give full play to students’subject role, media technology using effective and efficient, whether, and how, PingKe experimental results, etc.We can Re-interpretation of the connotation of teaching skills of teachers of mathematics, make a new classification of the Mathematics classroom teaching skills,and construct a well reform of the " micro-teaching",to improve the Mathematics "micro-teaching" training. Through the study of literature, combined with the new curriculum middle school teaching under the actual, listen to relevant experts, can from the Basic premise of mathematical teaching skills,Property classification, and practical requirement to define the mathematics teaching skills as: in the existing knowledge, teaching theory knowledge, and on the basis of practice and reflection through practice and understanding the interaction with the environment and construct a series ofteaching form behavior and mental activity way of the integration of the practice. The normal universities can try to train the following mathematics teaching skills:mathematics teaching design skills, mathematics classroom teaching implementations skills (including the introduction skill, the process skill, and the ending skill),teaching media use skills and mathematics classroom teaching research skills (including speaking skill and listening and judging skills).And the normal universities can train mathematics micro-teaching" by the following steps:learning and watching, micro-standard design, role playing, feedback, and modify again practice of feedback mode.
