EMC effects reflect that free nucleon structure functions are different from bound nucleon. Nuclear environment affect inner structure of nucleon. Nuclear effects of nucleon parton distributions function is introduced through the interaction of high energy particle and nucleus. The parton distributions function of bound nucleon is obtained. So we can better explain to the experimental results of A-A and P-A collision at RHIC and LHC. We can calculate the differential cross section and found new physics and new matter state.The Drell-Yan process in P-A collision is similar to deep inelastic scattering process, it is widely used in studying parton distributions of bound nucleon In our paper, using the parton distributions function of bound nucleon in EKS98, HKM01. HKM04. We calculate the differential cross section ratios of p-A Drell-Yan process to p-Be Drell-Yan process:Comparing these results with the ratios without QCD correction and the E886 experimental data. It is found that RQCD and R depend on the parton distributionsfunction of bound nucleon to some extent. The curve tendency of RQCD is consistent with R in Drell-Yan process. RQCD is obvious different from R in HKM01 andHKM04. The theory result is consistent with E886 experimental data within experimental error.
