The reforming of the mathematics educational assessment has been become the key of the reforming of the mathematics education. It has been proved by the vast research, base on the new math curriculum mission, and the modern theories of the math education assessment, that the processing assessment is one of the methods that can fulfill the purpose of multi-main part, multi-method, multi-value and enhance development. Nocturnally, processing assessment, so far, is not a part of the students' math learning assessment system in high school.International Baccalaureate, Diploma Programme(DP) is a two-year pre-college course. With its more than 30 years practice, the math assessment system has been well developed. Moreover, math internal assessment (IA) has its own characteristics. In my essay, the theory, context, method and the management system of math internal assessment has been studied through the method of document analyzing and reflection from my DP math teaching experiences, and the effect of the internal assessment on the student's skills and the attitude of mathematics learning have been studied, through interview my students.Composed of mathematical investigation and mathematical modeling, the DP math internal assessment perform its function of educating, encouraging, adjusting and reflecting, through implementing the IA into the daily teaching activities so that the assessing and reflecting can be taken place on time. In addition, with its appropriate assessment criteria, that service for the aims of the syllabus, and its censoring system, DP math IA performs its function of managing and conducting and the enable the fair of the assessment produce and the accuracy of the assessment results. Further more, as effect of the IA on the student's learning, it enables student's development, personal insight of the nature of mathematics, students' mathematical thinking quantity and interesting of mathematics learning.Considering the nature of China, the paper brings some suggestion about the current reforming of the mathematics learning assessment, which is to develop a new mathematics learning assessment that is composed of summative assessment and processing assessment, which consist of researching learning assessment. Base on this, the assessment criteria and the censoring system must be developed.
